Since its founding in 2011, German Medical Engineering has established itself as a leading expert in the laser and light industry. Benefiting from years of experience, our R&D department has developed numerous renowned laser systems during the past ten years: first for WaveLight, then Quantel Derma and now for GME.

All our products are fully engineered and manufactured in Germany. With the “Made in Germany” seal of approval, our products are recognized worldwide for their excellent quality.




EXSYS 308 EPL® EXCIMER PULSED LIGHT FOR PSORIASIS AND VITILIGO. Effective monochromatic light; easy to use and transportable. Emits monochromatic light of 308 nm – proven to be effective for many skin diseases.

The FlexSys is a modular platform system that can be equipped with up to five different modules for the treatment of various indications. In the first step, you purchase the base station with a module of your choice (e.g. base station + green laser module 532 nm). If required, you can then add further modules to the FlexSys – but due to the modular design, you only need one base station. The FlexSys thus covers a broad treatment spectrum. Nevertheless, you do not have to make any compromises when it comes to handling, because the individual modules and applicators are all specially tailored to the respective treatment procedures.

FlexSys Base Unit with Green Laser

The green laser is the versatile workhorse for many dermatologists. With a wavelength of 532 nm, the FlexSys green laser can be used for vascular treatments as well as depigmentation or ablative treatments.


FlexSys Base Unit with Fractional Non-Ablative Laser

The fractional non-ablative laser module enables controlled heating of the tissue, thereby stimulating the formation of new collagen. The fractional non-ablative laser is used to treat structural irregularities of the skin as well as pigmented variations (e.g. lentigines).

FlexSys Base Unit with Yellow Laser

Yellow light in the wavelength spectrum from 570 to 595 nm has been the gold standard for safe and effective vascular treatments for years. The wavelength 577 nm corresponds to the absorption maximum of energy in oxyhemoglobin (HbO₂, oxygen-rich blood).

Laser FlexSys Base Unit UVB EPL® Excimer Pulsed Light

The UVB modules of the FlexSys cover a variety of dermatological indications such as psoriasis and vitiligo. In addition, the UVB modules are also suitable for the treatment of aesthetic indications such as striae.



The LinScan is the ideal choice for fast, precise and comfortable hair removal thanks to the linear scanning technology and three optimized epilation modes. A clinical trial by Prof. Dr. Uwe Paasch from the University of Leipzig (Germany) proves, that a linearly scanned diode is as effective as a traditional Alexandrite laser – in the short and also in the long run!



Brings daylight into your practice, Therapy with natural sunlight has become an established, less painful alternative to conventional PDT in recent years. However, treatment with natural sunlight is not possible during the dim winter months. In addition, it is difficult to check whether the patient has received a sufficiently effective light dose.With the MultiLite, therapy is performed in your treatment rooms – during all seasons, at any time and in a controlled manner.
